Dog Licensing

License fees: $20 per male or female dog or $12 for each neutered or spayed dog.

Puppies - ½ of these amounts if the dog became 5 months of age after July 1 of the license year.

KENNEL OWNERS - $80 for up to 12 dogs. $12.00 each additional dog. 

To obtain a license for your dog:  Send proof of current rabies vaccination, a self-addressed, postage paid envelope and a check payable to -

Wisconsin State Statutes mandate that the owner of a dog more than 5 months of age on January 1, or 5 months of age within this year, shall obtain a license prior to April 1 or on or before the date the dog becomes 5 months of age.

NOTE:  Failure to comply with the mandate to license your dog(s) on time will result in additional fees and potential fines.  Late fees/fines ($20.00 per dog and $50 per household) are assessed after April 1.
